Please find below the revised and amended New Zealand Rules of Racing, effective 5 October 2009.
Additionally, please find the Index as well as an amendment notice which highlights amendments to the proposed Rules that were sent to stake holders in August 2009. The revised and amended Rules have been approved by the Board of New Zealand Thoroughbred Racing:
The Rules that were in effect on 4 October 2009 have been removed from the website and have been replaced with a revised and amended set of Rules that came into effect from 5 October 2009. If you require a copy of the Rules that were in effect on 4 October 2009 for the purposes of addressing a breach of the Rules which were current prior to 5 October 2009 please contact NZTR for a copy.
