Southland Race Club races five times a year at Ascot Park (Invercargill). Invercargill is within easy traveling distance of some beautiful scenery in the Catlins, Fiordland and Stewart Island. Ascot Park Racecourse
Ascot Park is easily found when entering Invercargill on State Highway 1 from the North. Just turn, first right, onto Racecourse Road, as you enter the City Boundary past the Ascot Park Hotel, and the Racecourse is easily seen on your right 200m along the Road.
