CLUB: Canterbury Racing @ Riccarton Park
Canterbury Racing is one of New Zealand major racing organisations. Canterbury Racing’s headquarters are at the historic Riccarton Park where there has been racing since 1855. The course is situated just minutes from the Christchurch city centre and International Airport and offers racing fans a beautiful country setting complemented by modern, elegant facilities. There is also a major training and stabling facility as well as the racing opportunities. Canterbury Racing stages some 24 racedays a year with 20 at Riccarton Park and 4 at Rangiora racecourse.

The racecourse is located on Racecourse Road off Yaldhurst road, Upper Riccarton, Christchurch. 11 minutes south of the International Airport and 15 minutes west of the central business district.

Membership: There are 5 types of memberships:
$150 City Member –all Riccarton Park racedays
$80 Young City Member (under 30yrs)(Receive 2 tickets)
$25 Provincial Member – racing at Rangiora and the Hororata raceday at Riccarton Park.
$170 City and Provincial Member
$100 Provincial and Young City Member

Hospitality
