The action kicks off with $1 Million Magic NZ 2000 Guineas Day which sees Australasia's best three-year-olds competing in the major race of the day, the New Zealand 2000 Guineas. Off field the day starts with a Charity Luncheon for the Canterbury Neo Natal Trust, followed by an exciting parade of leading Canterbury fashions, live music, and great food and beverages. Coupland's Bakeries Mile Day (Ladies Day) continues the racing thrills in the country's richest open handicap over 1600 metres. Let your imagination run wild as you plan your day; there will be on-course competitions, live music, plenty of relaxing entertainment and pampering opportunities galore.
