After an inspection of the crossing points of the steeplechase track from the course proper to the fences on the inside of the track at Te Rapa, it was decided that the track surface at the crossing points was of inferior quality and would present an unsatisfactory surface for the participants in the “Ken and Roger Browne Memorial Steeplechase” at the Waikato Racing Club meeting on Saturday 2 May.

MDN 3YO SW 1200m - $8000 (previously $7000) new breakdown being $5000, $1600, $800, $400, $200.
All other conditions pertaining to this race remain the same.

NZTR, following consultation with the Central Regional Programming Committee and the Trainers Association, confirms that the following race has been added to the programme for the Hawke’s Bay RI meeting Thursday 7th May 2015
